Sales Associate (Remote)

Biofargo is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Representative for Biofargo, a distributor of laboratory instruments, consumables, and reagents. As a Sales Representative, you will promote our products to a diverse customer base of scientists and laboratory professionals across industries.
 
Please note this is a commission-based role.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect, identify, and reach out to potential customers in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales.
  • Present and demonstrate Biofargo's products and solutions to customers, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Attend vendor shows and exhibitions to showcase Biofargo's products and engage with potential customers.
  • Network with industry professionals, researchers, and decision-makers to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order processing.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with a drive for achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software or sales tools is a plus.
