Description
Vertical racks stack standard 133 × 133 × 53 mm cryoboxes in a single column, the format used to store samples in liquid nitrogen tanks. These SUS304 stainless steel racks hold 6, 8, 10 or 12 boxes and keep each box in a fixed position for traceable cryogenic storage of cells, tissues and other biobank samples.
The vertical design makes full use of the depth of an LN2 tank, and a handle designed to resist frost buildup makes racks safer to lift out with cryogenic gloves. Choose the rack height that matches the depth of your tank or storage canister.
SUS304 stainless steel contains about 8% nickel and keeps its strength and corrosion resistance at cryogenic temperatures. All seams are joined by pulsed capacitor discharge resistance welding for strong, clean, smooth welds.
