Description
Residual MRC-5 DNA Quantitation Kit is used to quantitate residual MRC-5 host cell DNA in different stages of biopharmaceutical products, from in-process samples to final products.
The SHENTEK® Residual MRC-5 DNA Quantitation Kit utilizes fluorescent quantitative PCR technique to perform a rapid, specific, and reliable quantitation assay at the femtogram (fg) level. MRC-5 DNA control is included in the kit to evaluate the performance of each PCR reaction.
