• Thaw one tube completely at 2–8 °C or on ice, then vortex and spin briefly before use.
• Follow the Positive Control Sample (PCS) preparation protocol described in the user guide of the SHENTEK® PI-3 Detection Kit and SHENTEK® Bovine Virus Detection Kit (BVDV/REO-3/PI-3/BPV-3/BAV-3).
• This product is ready for direct use without dilution.
• Use only after equilibrating to room temperature; avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
• Do not mix reagents from different production batches.
• Do not use reagents beyond the expiration date shown on the label.
• For research use only — not for clinical diagnosis or treatment.
• Although armored RNA is non-infectious, operate in a biosafety cabinet where possible; sterilize experimental waste by autoclaving and dispose of according to medical waste regulations.
