SHENTEK™ Anti-E.coli (K-12 & Alkaline Lysis) HCP Antibody is an affinity-purified polyclonal sheep IgG raised against Escherichia coli host cell proteins (HCPs) derived from K-12 strains prepared by alkaline lysis. The reagent is supplied as a liquid, unconjugated antibody in PBS without preservatives and is intended for research applications including HCP coverage evaluations, Western blot and ELISA. Supplied at 1 mg per vial. Store at 2-8 °C for short-term use and below -65 °C for long-term storage. This product is for research use only (RUO) and is not for diagnostic purposes.
