The sample has wide applicability: it can be used for detecting cell supernatant, cell lysate, and purified reverse transcriptase solution.

High sensitivity and wide linear range: it can detect the activity of dozens of reverse transcriptase molecules at a minimum, and the linear range is at least six orders of magnitude.

Low interference: small coefficient of variation with one-step sample addition, no cross-contamination in one-tube reaction, and DNA polymerase without reverse transcriptase activity does not affect detection.

Contains positive control for reverse transcriptase: convenient for preparing standard curves and excluding false negative experimental results.
