The DMS7-550M LCD Digital-Control 7-Inch Heating Magnetic Stirrer (2024 Model) is a high-capacity laboratory hotplate stirrer designed for precise heating and powerful mixing of large-volume liquid samples. Featuring a durable 7-inch glass ceramic work plate (184 × 184 mm), the unit offers excellent resistance to strong acids, alkalis, and high temperatures while maintaining easy cleaning after reagent or solvent spills.

This magnetic stirrer supports a maximum stirring volume of up to 20 liters (H₂O) and provides a wide stirring speed range of 50–1500 rpm with precise 1 rpm increments. The brushless DC motor delivers stable stirring performance, low noise operation, and long service life while remaining maintenance-free. The LCD display clearly shows both set and real-time values for temperature, speed, and time, allowing convenient monitoring and precise control during experiments.

The heating system offers a temperature range from room temperature to 550 °C with 1 °C adjustment increments. When used with the included PT1000 external temperature sensor (±0.2 °C accuracy), the system enables highly accurate temperature control for heating and stirring applications requiring precise thermal conditions.

For enhanced safety and reliability, the device incorporates multiple protection mechanisms including residual heat warning above 50 °C, adjustable safety temperature limits up to 580 °C, and dual independent safety circuits that continuously monitor system status. In case of overheating, sensor malfunction, or system errors, the instrument automatically stops heating and alerts the user.

The corrosion-resistant metal housing improves durability and heat dissipation, while the waterproof structural design helps prevent liquids from entering internal electronic components. With an integrated timer function (1 minute – 99 hours 59 minutes), RS232 connectivity for computer control, and included temperature sensor and support clamp, the DMS7-550M provides a powerful and reliable heating and stirring solution for demanding laboratory applications.
