Description
Precast-GLgel Hepes Native-PAGE 10% (10-Well) is a ready-to-use, non-denaturing gel designed for the separation of proteins in their native, functional state. Made with an innovative glass plate construction, it significantly reduces non-specific protein adsorption, producing clearer and sharper native protein bands.
This 10% HEPES-based precast gel is supplied fully prepared along with matching Native-PAGE running buffer, allowing users to directly load samples without preparing their own gel. Its 10% acrylamide concentration provides excellent resolving performance for medium to large molecular weight native proteins, and is highly suitable for analyzing membrane proteins, membrane protein complexes, and native oligomeric protein assemblies that must maintain biological conformation during electrophoresis.
