Description

15 mL Ultrafiltration Centrifuge Tubes are designed for rapid concentration, purification, desalting, and buffer exchange of proteins, nucleic acids, antibodies, enzymes, PCR products, and other biological macromolecules. Available in 3 kD, 10 kD, 30 kD, 50 kD, and 100 kD MWCO options, the centrifugal filter devices allow researchers to select the appropriate molecular weight cut-off based on target sample size and experimental workflows.

Equipped with a modified PES ultrafiltration membrane, the device delivers low protein binding and high recovery performance (>90%), helping reduce sample loss during ultrafiltration. The vertical centrifugation structure supports efficient sample processing while minimizing membrane contamination and solute polarization during concentration procedures.

The ultrafiltration centrifuge tube adopts glue-free encapsulation technology and undergoes a 100% air tightness test to help prevent leakage during centrifugation. Designed for durability and repeated laboratory use, the device demonstrates excellent pH 0–14 acid and alkali resistance and supports reusable performance for more than 20 times under appropriate operating conditions.
