Description

LB Broth, Lennox is a highly referenced, nutrient-rich microbial growth medium optimized for molecular biology applications. Featuring a low salt formulation, this dry powder medium is ideal for the cultivation of salt-sensitive E. coli strains used in cloning, plasmid production, and recombinant protein expression.

Derived from the original Lennox formulation, it contains half the sodium chloride concentration of LB Miller, offering a more suitable environment for select vectors and salt-sensitive conditions.

Instructions for Use
