Human Primary Splenocytes

Description

Human Primary Splenocytes are derived from human spleen tissues. Each vial contains 5 x10⁶ cells and is delivered frozen. Cells in suspension culture can be used for designed experiments under the cell culture conditions specified by Cell Biologics. Cells can be used in standard biochemical procedures include FACS,  PCR, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, ROS, or cell derivatives for desired research applications. Cells are negative for bacteria, yeast, fungi, and mycoplasma.  These cells will not proliferate in culture and cannot be passaged.

Storage

Cell Biologics will ship frozen cells on dry ice or live cells in suspension at 4 °C. On receipt, immediately transfer frozen cells to liquid nitrogen until ready for experimental use. Live-cell shipment is also available on request. Primary cells can never be kept at -20 °C or -80 °C freezer.
