Description

This barcoded cryogenic storage box is engineered for secure, organized, and traceable storage of cryogenic samples in ultra-low temperature and liquid nitrogen environments. Manufactured from high-strength polycarbonate, it delivers excellent mechanical durability and chemical resistance, ensuring reliable performance through repeated freeze–thaw cycles.

Featuring a 48-well open-bottom design and a low-profile 1.5-inch overall height, the box accommodates large-diameter and extended-length cryo tubes while remaining fully compatible with automated biobanking and high-throughput sample management systems. Laser-etched barcodes enable accurate sample identification and traceability, supporting digital inventory control and workflow automation.

The removable transparent lid with access openings allows quick visual inspection and seamless robotic access, while maintaining secure tube alignment during storage and handling. An optimized internal geometry enhances liquid nitrogen circulation, enabling rapid cooling and stable temperature recovery across an extreme operating range from −196 °C to 121 °C.
