Stainless Steel Drawer Freezer Racks
Description
The Drawer Freezer Racks are designed for efficient, secure, and organized storage of cryogenic boxes within –80°C laboratory freezers. Manufactured from high-quality SUS201 or SUS304 stainless steel, these racks provide excellent corrosion resistance, structural durability, and long-term stability under ultra-low-temperature conditions.
Featuring a smooth sliding drawer design, the racks allow users to access samples conveniently without removing the entire rack from the freezer—greatly improving workflow efficiency and reducing frost exposure. Each model supports 133 × 133 mm cryogenic boxes in standard heights (53 mm, 54 mm, 57 mm, and 3-inch 93–94 mm), making the racks compatible with a wide range of cryogenic tubes, SBS-format boxes, and centrifuge tube storage boxes.
The racks are welded using an advanced pulsed capacitor discharge welding process, ensuring firm, clean, and aesthetically smooth seams for enhanced durability. A user-friendly handle design minimizes freezing adhesion and improves handling safety. Customized configurations are also available to fit different freezer models or storage needs.
