Summary	This product is a chemically modified Taq DNA polymerase for use with HotStart PCR, which inhibits the activity of Taq enzyme due to its chemical modification. Taq DNA polymerase activity was completely inhibited at room temperature, but inhibition failed at 95°C for 10 minutes, Taq enzyme activity was restored, and DNA could be polymerized, which inhibited non-specific amplification due to non-specific primer annealing or primer dimers at low temperatures. In addition, the product did not detect 3' to 5' school exonuclease activity and can be used for qPCR detection.
