Product Description

Tris-Glycine SDS Running Buffer 10× is an electrophoresis buffer reagent used in denaturing protein polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis experiments (SDS-PAGE). This product is prepared using conventional methods and is 10 × concentrated solution, easy to store and operate.

Component concentration

0.25M Tris, 1.92 M Glycine, 1%（W/V）SDS, pH8.5.

Operating Instructions

This product is a 10× concentrated solution. Dilute it to 1× working concentration before use: take 100 mL of Tris-Glycine SDS Running Buffer (10×), add distilled or deionized water to adjust the volume to 1000 mL, and mix well.

Precautions

1. The prepared electrophoresis solution should not be used for more than two weeks.

2. The recovered electrophoresis solution can be reused 1-2 times, but in order to obtain the best electrophoresis effect, the electrophoresis solution should be prepared for immediate use.

3. This product is only used for scientific research by professionals, for your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves.
