Description
This product was purified from a plasmid cloned with a gene encoding Thermus aquaticus DNA polymerase and induced expression by E. coli. Taq DNA polymerase does not have 3'¡ú5' exonuclease correction activity, but has very low 5'¡ú3' exonuclease activity. Recombinant Taq DNA polymerase is the recommended choice for most PCR reactions, with a half-life of > 40 min at 95¡ãC. The mutation rate of each circulating Taq DNA polymerase < 2.2¡Á10-5. The above-mentioned Taq DNA polymerase is free of contamination by foreign nucleases and bacterial DNA, and has high amplification efficiency and good stability, making it suitable for routine PCR amplification.
