Sku: SLAN-96S

Description

Laboratories processing multiple real-time PCR reactions need sufficient sample capacity, compatibility with common PCR consumables, stable temperature control, and flexible fluorescence detection. The SLAN®-96S is a 96-well real-time PCR system designed for experiments using 0.2 mL PCR tubes, 8-tube strips, or 96-well PCR plates. It supports reaction volumes from 15 to 100 µL.

For multiplex real-time PCR workflows, the SLAN®-96S provides four standard fluorescence channels and supports two additional optional channels. The six-channel qPCR system configuration enables six-target fluorescence detection without cross-interference correction. Compatible probes and dyes include FAM, SYBR Green, VIC, HEX, JOE, TET, TAMRA, Cy3, ROX, Texas Red, CY5, Quasar 705, and Atto 425.

The thermal system provides a temperature control range of 4–99°C, a maximum heating and cooling rate of 4.0°C/s, temperature uniformity of ±0.1°C, and temperature accuracy of ±0.1°C. The optical system uses a maintenance-free LED excitation source and a high-sensitivity photoelectric detector.

The SLAN®-96S also functions as an HRM real-time PCR system. Its software supports qualitative analysis, absolute quantification, relative quantification, standard melting curves, endpoint allele genotyping, melting-curve genotyping, high-resolution melting analysis, and isothermal amplification. Experimental data can be exported in XLSX, CSV, and TXT formats.
