Summary	RIPA Lysis Buffer I has a strong lysis effect on the membrane, cytoplasm, and nuclear components of animal cells, and may be a classic but commonly used cell tissue lysis fluid. The use of RIPA Lysis Buffer to prepare lysis products for Western Blot and immunoprecipitation is already a standard operation, suitable for the detection of most antigenic epitopes, especially for immunoprecipitation detection of protein-protein interactions, cytoplasmic phosphorylated proteins, and nuclear transcription factor detection. This product is composed of lysate, protease, and phosphatase inhibitor (P310118-0100 only includes lysate), and can process 107 cells or 100 mg of tissue at a time.
