Description
Residual Procine DNA Quantitation Kit is used to quantitate residual porcine DNA in various biological materials such as bioremediation membranes, biological patches, and acellular matrices.
Introduction
The SHENTEK® Residual Porcine DNA Quantitation Kit utilizes fluorescent quantitative PCR technique to perform a rapid, specific, and reliable quantitation assay at the femtogram (fg) level. Porcine DNA control is included in the kit to evaluate the performance of each PCR reaction.
