Overview
The SHENTEK® Residual Hi5&AcNPV DNA Quantitation Kit utilizes multiplex quantitative PCR (qPCR) technique to perform rapid, specific, and reliable quantitation at the femtogram (fg) level. IPC (Internal Positive Control) is included in the kit to evaluate the performance of each PCR reaction.
