|Instant PBS Buffer
Note: The pH value of 1 × solution is 7.4±0.2@25°C.
Storage and Transportation Conditions
Store at room temperature of 10-30°C, protected from light, with a shelf life of 36 months.
Instant PBS Buffer is white to off-white instant granules, and each pack of this product can produce 1 L of 1 × PBS Buffer, which is easy to operate and use. The main components of PBS are sodium chloride, potassium chloride and phosphate. The concentration of sodium chloride, potassium chloride and phosphate in 1 × PBS Buffer is 137 mM, 2.7 mM and 10 mM respectively.
Instant PBS Buffer is widely used in biological research, which can be used in immunoassay tests, microbiology experiments, protein biochemical experiments, etc. The Instant PBS Buffer prepared with PBS instant granules can be used
for cell culture, washing and other related experiments after being treated with 0.22 μm sterilizing filter.
Note:All relevant raw materials areAR/GR grade.
1. Place a clean beaker, and add the entire contents of a newly opened pack of Instant PBS Buffer.
2. Measure about 500 ml of pure water, slowly add it into the beaker, and gently stir with a stir bar until it is completely dissolved. (This step can also be performed with magnetic stirrer)
3. Transfer the PBS solution in Step 2 into a constant volume container, and add water to dilute to 1 L, which is 1 × working solution.
Note: The commonly used working concentration of Instant PBS Buffer is 0.5 ×, and in this case, 1 × working solution should be diluted before use.
