Description
AMMS® organoid-specific matrix gel is made from basement membrane components extracted from mouse tumor tissues, and its main components include laminin, type IV collagen, heparin sulfate proteoglycans, etc.
These components can provide the support and signals required for cell adhesion, differentiation and proliferation, and can also simulate the characteristics of basement membranes in physiological environments, thereby improving the success rate and effect of cell culture.
In addition to basement membrane components, AMMS® organoid matrix is also rich in a variety of growth factors. These growth factors can promote cell differentiation, proliferation and migration, thereby further simulating cell signaling pathways and interactions in the physiological environment.
AMMS® organoid matrix has a wide range of application prospects, especially in tissue engineering, cell culture and research, and can be used for organoid culture, stem cell differentiation, angiogenesis, migration or invasion, and in vivo tumorigenesis.

Features
-
✔
Basement Membrane–Derived Matrix Composition
Composed primarily of laminin, type IV collagen, and heparin sulfate proteoglycans, providing structural and biochemical cues similar to native basement membranes.
-
✔
Growth Factor–Enriched Microenvironment
Contains multiple endogenous growth factors that support cell differentiation, proliferation, migration, and intercellular signaling in three-dimensional culture systems.
-
✔
Rapid Gelation for 3D Culture Systems
Forms a stable gel within 30 minutes under appropriate conditions, enabling reliable scaffold formation for organoid embedding and culture.
-
✔
High Protein Concentration Matrix
Protein concentration greater than 8 mg/mL provides sufficient extracellular matrix density for structural stability and cell support.
-
✔
Quality-Controlled Biological Safety
Tested negative for LDEV, fungi, bacteria, and mycoplasma, with endotoxin levels below 1.5 EU/mL to ensure suitability for sensitive cell culture applications.
