Product Description
Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium (DMEM) is a modified Eagle Basal cell medium (BME) containing four times the concentration of amino acids and vitamins.This product is a low-glucose type (1000mg/L) and supports the cultivation of various mammalian cells, including primary fibroblasts, neurons, gliocytes, HUVECs and smooth muscle cells, as well as cell lines such as HeLa, 293, Cos-7 and PC-12. This product is a GMP grade medium without animal-derived components. Therefore, additional culture additives such as fetal bovine serum (FBS) need to be supplemented when culturing cells.
