GMO Detection Kits – Real-Time PCR (qPCR) for GMO Screening, Identification & Quantification
Biofargo offers one of the broadest menus of real-time PCR GMO test kits for food, feed, seed and plant research — more than 260 probe-based qPCR assays covering GMO screening elements (CaMV 35S promoter, NOS terminator, FMV promoter and more), trait and marker genes (bar, pat, CP4-EPSPS, cry1Ab, nptII…), construct-specific and event-specific assays for maize, soybean, canola, cotton, rice, potato and other crops, plus plant endogenous reference genes for GM content quantification.
All kits share one format — 2× probe qPCR master mix, lyophilized primer–probe set and plasmid positive control, 50 reactions, FAM channel — so your lab can move from a broad GMO screen to event identification with a single, consistent workflow.
