Description

Wnt3a is a member of the Wnt family and is involved in cell self-renewal, proliferation, differentiation, and cell movement.

The classical Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is one of the most conserved pathways in evolution and plays a key role in embryonic development, cell growth, differentiation, polarity formation, neural development, and carcinogenesis.

Wnt3a is also a commonly used cytokine in organoid culture.

In the culture of intestinal organoids, the addition of Wnt3a helps support the proliferation and self-renewal of intestinal stem cells.

Wnt3a can also promote the proliferation and differentiation of neural precursor cells, thereby supporting the maturation and function of neural organoids.

Applications

Wnt/β-Catenin Signaling Research

Activates the canonical Wnt signaling pathway involved in embryonic development, cell proliferation, differentiation, and polarity regulation.

Intestinal Organoid Culture

Supports proliferation and self-renewal of intestinal stem cells during intestinal organoid culture.

Neural Organoid Development

Promotes proliferation and differentiation of neural precursor cells, facilitating neural organoid maturation and functional studies.

Stem Cell Culture Systems

Used in stem cell culture environments including MSC and iPSC research models.

Storage

Store at -20 ℃

Instructions

Centrifuge before reopening the tube. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. It is recommended to reconstitute the concentration to greater than 100 μg /mL.

After reconstitution, the protein can be stored at -80℃ for 3-6 months and at 2-8℃ for 2-7 days. For optimal storage, aliquot the protein and minimize freeze-thaw cycles.

Precautions

This product is only suitable for in vitro cell culture and cannot be used directly in clinical treatment.
