Description
CD16 monoclonal antibody targets T cells， NK cells, macrophages, and neutrophils. By cross-linking CD16, it enhances the antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) of NK cells and activates their function. Additionally, it mediates phagocytosis, promoting the engulfment of antibody-coated target cells (such as tumor cells) by macrophages and neutrophils. Downstream applications are widely seen in tumor immunotherapy—for example, bispecific antibodies engaging CD16 to enhance NK cell killing—as well as in infectious disease research.
