Description

The ReadiMag™ cfDNA Isolation Kit is designed for the extraction of high-quality cell-free DNA (cfDNA) from cell-free samples, such as plasma and serum. The workflow involves adding lysis/binding buffer and Proteinase K to the sample, followed by incubation at 60°C for 20 minutes and cooling on ice. The extraction process can be performed using automated nucleic acid extraction systems.
The kit supports processing of up to 4 mL samples using a single sample plate and up to 8 mL samples using two sample plates. The isolated cfDNA exhibits fragment size distribution consistent with plasma-derived free DNA.
