Description
Precast-GLgel Hepes SDS-PAGE 15% (10-Well) is a high-concentration, ready-to-use protein electrophoresis gel designed for precise separation of small to medium molecular weight proteins. Made with an innovative glass plate structure, it minimizes non-specific protein adsorption and provides sharper, clearer bands.
The 15% HEPES-based precast gel is pre-prepared and supplied with compatible running buffer, allowing users to load samples directly without making gels by hand. This design improves experimental efficiency and ensures superior consistency.
Due to its high acrylamide concentration and stable HEPES buffer system, this gel is also suitable for separating membrane proteins and membrane protein complexes, which often require a tighter gel matrix for clear resolution.
