Description
Precast-GLgel Hepes Native-PAGE 4–20% (10-Well) is a ready-to-use, non-denaturing gradient gel designed for analyzing proteins in their native, biologically active conformations. The gel is built with an innovative glass plate design that minimizes non-specific protein adsorption and provides sharper, clearer native protein bands.
This 4–20% HEPES-based precast gel is supplied fully prepared with matched running buffer, allowing direct sample loading without manual gel preparation. The wide gradient range makes it suitable for resolving a broad spectrum of native protein sizes, including large molecular weight protein complexes and membrane protein complexes, which require gentle electrophoresis conditions to preserve native structure.
