Description
Precast-Gel Hepes-Tris 4-20% (15-Well) is a high-performance precast polyacrylamide gel designed to deliver superior band resolution and consistent electrophoresis results. Manufactured using automated gel-casting technology, it ensures excellent stability and reproducibility. The glass-plate structure minimizes non-specific protein adsorption, resulting in sharper, clearer protein bands.
This gradient gel requires no SDS, making it compatible with both denaturing and native electrophoresis. It supports fast electrophoresis—typically completed within 40–50 minutes at 150 V—and fits most mainstream mini electrophoresis tanks. The gel cassette can be easily opened using a Gel Knife for convenient downstream analysis.
