Description
Precast-Gel Hepes-Tris 4–15% (15-Well) is a high-performance precast polyacrylamide gel designed to provide superior band resolution and reliable electrophoretic results. Manufactured using automated gel casting technology, these GLASS Gels ensure stability, consistency, and reproducibility. The glass plate design minimizes non-specific protein adsorption, resulting in clearer and sharper bands. The gel supports both denaturing and native electrophoresis, requires no SDS, and is compatible with major mini gel electrophoresis systems. With a run time of 40–50 minutes at 150 V, these gels offer convenience, performance, and compatibility across applications.
Notes: For samples treated with fluorescent loading buffer Quick Bands, protein bands can be directly observed under UV or LED light without gel stripping, staining, or destaining. For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
