Description
NK Cell Expansion Kit (Feeder-Free) is a cytokine-based activation kit for expanding human NK cells without feeder cells. It supports fresh and cryopreserved peripheral blood and cord blood as starting material and is recommended for use with Biofargo NK Cell Expansion Basal Medium.
One kit supports 2–4 L of expansion culture, and larger volumes of 8 L or more can be reached. Expanded NK purity is 70–95% from peripheral blood and above 90% from cord blood. The kit is made from GMP-grade raw materials for lot-to-lot consistency.
