Description

The smart magnetic stirrer offers flexible setup options with interchangeable heating sleeves compatible with 100 mL, 250 mL, 500 mL, and 1000 mL round-bottom flasks, as well as 100 mL, 250 mL, 500 mL, and 1000 mL flat-bottom beakers. It can be configured as a single heating magnetic stirrer or as a separate heating sleeve and magnetic stirrer.

The device features a temperature self-calibration function for enhanced accuracy and a heating sleeve constructed from high-quality aluminum silicate fiber cotton, ensuring precise temperature control, uniform heating, and corrosion resistance.

Strengthened magnetic fields provide enhanced stirring power, and a fireproof metal outer casing offers a higher level of safety. An explosion-proof DC brushless motor ensures maintenance-free operation, spark-free performance, and a long service life.

For added safety, a “HOT” warning will flash if the work plate temperature exceeds 50 °C, even when the hotplate is off, as long as the power cable is connected.

Two independent safety circuits continuously monitor the equipment. In the event of sensor malfunction or overheating, an error code will be generated and the stirrer will cease heating. If the first safety circuit is shorted, the second safety circuit will cut off the power supply to ensure operator safety.
