Description
Mouse Anti-OxPL Recombinant Antibody (clone E06) is a recombinant mouse IgG antibody against oxidized phospholipids (OxPL). It recognizes the phosphocholine headgroup of oxidized phospholipids present on oxidized LDL and apoptotic cells, and does not bind native, non-oxidized phospholipids.
Produced recombinantly from the E06 antibody sequence, it offers consistent lot-to-lot performance for ELISA and functional studies of lipid oxidation in atherosclerosis, inflammation and innate immunity research.
