Human iPSC Expansion Performance Comparison
XR hES/iPSC High-protein Medium was evaluated for human iPSC expansion performance compared with commonly used pluripotent stem cell culture media. Continuous five-passage culture experiments were performed to analyze expansion performance using AO/PI staining-based viable cell counting.
The expansion analysis showed that XR high-protein iPSC culture medium demonstrated higher proliferation performance compared with mTeSR™1 and comparable expansion performance with mTeSR™ Plus under tested conditions.
