The DHP4-550 DLAB LCD Digital Heating Plate is a compact laboratory heating device designed for precise and controlled heating of liquid samples in research, analytical, and chemical laboratories. Featuring a durable 4-inch glass ceramic work plate (100 × 100 mm), the unit offers excellent resistance to strong acids, strong alkalis, and high temperatures while maintaining easy surface cleaning after solvent or reagent spills.

The heating plate provides a temperature range from room temperature up to 550 °C with 1 °C increments, ensuring accurate thermal control for various laboratory procedures. The integrated LCD display simultaneously shows both the set temperature and real-time temperature values, as well as timer settings, allowing clear and intuitive monitoring during operation.

Equipped with a high-precision PT1000 external temperature sensor (±0.2 °C accuracy), the system enables precise temperature regulation for sensitive experiments. The timer function supports programmable heating from 1 minute to 99 hours 59 minutes, automatically stopping heating when the countdown finishes to protect samples from overheating.

Safety is enhanced through multiple protective features including residual heat warning above 50 °C, overheating protection at 580 °C, and dual independent safety circuits that continuously monitor system status. If abnormal conditions such as sensor failure, overheating, or electrical faults occur, the device automatically stops heating and displays an error message.

The corrosion-resistant metal housing improves heat dissipation and durability, while the raised waterproof edge and drainage platform help prevent liquids from entering the internal electronics. With remote control capability for computer connection and preset safety temperature settings, the DHP4-550 digital heating plate provides a reliable and efficient heating solution for modern laboratory environments.
