  • Mix gently (pipetting or gentle inversion) until fully dissolved; avoid vigorous vortexing and foaming.
  • Protect from light; for cell-based work, filter-sterilize through a 0.22 µm filter.
  • Prepare fresh when possible; otherwise aliquot and store at -20°C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
