This product contains our company's unique Foregene Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2, reaction buffer, PCR reaction enhancer, optimizer and stabilizer. The unique reaction system and high-efficiency Taq DNA Polymerase make the PCR reaction have higher amplification efficiency, specificity and sensitivity.

During PCR amplification, specific amplified bands can be obtained in 5-10 cycles less than similar products at home and abroad, and the target gene can be detected and cloned from trace and trace samples at a lower number of cycles. The optimized reaction system can greatly reduce human error; it is suitable for the amplification and detection of conventional PCR reactions, complex templates, and trace templates.

Instructions

PCR EasyTM is convenient and quick to use, and can avoid contamination during PCR operation and experimental errors caused by multiple preparations of the reaction system to the greatest extent. When using, just take half the volume of the reaction system (for example, if the reaction system is 50μl, take 25μl 2× PCR EasyTM Mix solution) 2× PCR EasyTM Mix, add template and primers, and add deionized water to make up the volume to make the reaction system. The reaction can be carried out when the concentration of PCR Mix is 1×.

Note: For 10µl and 20µl systems, if the PCR machine does not have a thermal cover, add an equal volume of mineral oil. The PCR reaction conditions are based on the specific conditions of the template, primer set, and the GC content and length of the primers to design the best reaction conditions, including annealing temperature, extension time, etc.

Storage and Shelf life

It can be stored for a long time at -20°C; for frequent use, it can be stored at 4°C for a short time.
