This advanced imaging system integrates a high-performance camera assembly composed of a 15-megapixel ultra-sensitive deep-space astronomy-grade sCMOS camera, a four-stage thermoelectric cooling system, and an F0.95 ultra-large aperture lens. These core components work in precise coordination to deliver exceptional image acquisition performance under ultra-low-light conditions.
Equipped with intelligent imaging software, the Hesper II system supports Bin8 pixel binning mode, enabling an optimized balance between ultra-high sensitivity and high-resolution imaging. The system also combines automatic and manual exposure modes, as well as single-frame and multi-frame exposure acquisition, providing flexible imaging solutions for protein bands with varying abundance levels.
