SDS-PAGE Protein Loading Buffer 5× kit is a 5-fold concentrated protein loading buffer. The main components of this buffer are SDS, DTT, bromophenol blue and salt solution buffer. This product is diluted to 1× when used, and the sample will sink easily and the color will be clear.

Operating Instructions

1. Dissolve SDS-PAGE Protein Loading Buffer 5× at room temperature or water bath

(37℃~40℃).

2. Mix protein sample, buffer, and sterilized ddH2O to a final concentration of 1×.

3. Heat at 100°C or boiling water bath 5-10 minutes to fully denature the protein.

Precautions

1. Store at room temperature immediately after dissolving in the water bath to avoid prolonged water baths.

2. This product contains a small amount of DTT, please take precautions when handling it.

3. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing, and repack the solution into small portions for storage.

4. This product is only used for scientific research by professionals, for your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves.
