Description

γ-Glu24-Retatrutide Impurity is a high-purity peptide impurity of Retatrutide, supplied as a research-grade analytical material for impurity identification, analytical method development and quality-control research. In this variant, a glutamic acid residue in the peptide backbone (γ-Glu24) is linked through its γ-carboxyl group instead of the α-carboxyl group, forming an isopeptide bond; this backbone isomer can arise during synthesis or degradation. It can serve as a qualitative marker for retention-time and mass confirmation when profiling Retatrutide samples by HPLC and LC-MS.
