Protein Description:

The expression of IL-36ÎÛ is high in psoriatic plaques and in tissues including epithelial cells. Signaling of IL-36ÎÛ through the IL-1Rrp2 receptor, which is mainly expressed on certain dendritic cells. The interaction between the IL-36 ligands and IL-1Rrp2 receptor trigger dendritic cell maturation and activation. IL-36ÎÛ also work as an agonist of NF-°ÙB, consequently, stimulate the inflammatory response in bronchial epithelial cells.

Stability and Storage:

Lyophilized protein should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius for 1 year. Upon reconstitution, store at 2 degrees Celsius to 8 degrees Celsius for up to 1 week. Further dilute in a buffer containing a carrier protein or stabilizer (e.g. 0.1% BSA, 10%FBS, 5%HSA or 5% trehalose solution), protein aliquots should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius or -80 degrees Celsius for 3-6 months.
