Rat Bone Marrow Mesenchymal Stem Cells are characterized by immunofluorescence staining with antibodies of CD44, Sca-1 or CD29. These cells can be expanded for 2-3 passages at a split ratio of 1:2 under the cell culture conditions specified by Cell Biologics.
