Description
This product is a mixture of multiple optimized protease and phosphatase inhibitors. When extracting and purifying proteins, it effectively prevents degradation by endogenous proteases and phosphatases.
The components include various inhibitors, such as Aprotinin, Bestatin, Leupeptin, E-64, NaF, Sodium Orthovanadate, Sodium Pyrophosphate, and β-glycerophosphate. It is widely used in research applications, including protein purification, Western blotting, co-immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and kinase assays. Additionally, this product does not contain substances like AEBSF, making it compatible with mass spectrometry (MS) analysis.
