Furthermore, addition of the Elongation Accelerator significantly reduces amplification bias during PCR. KOD -Multi \u0026amp; Epi-™ can be applied to various purposes such as a) multiplex PCR, b) bisulfite PCR in epigenetics research, and c) metagenomics research.
