Product Description:

GF20 MC Xeno-Free SFM is a serum-free and xeno-free medium designed for the growth and rapid expansion of Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells (hMSCs). It can be used for primary cell isolation and subsequent rapid expansion of hMSCs from multiple tissues sources, such as human bone marrow, umbilical cord and fat. Using GF20 MC Xeno-Free SFM, hMSCs can be expanded for multiple passage while maintaining their trilineage differentiation potential into mesoderm. This product has superior cell growth promoting ability, which can enhance the primary isolation and rapid expansion of hMSCs.

* Type A represents "with phenol red", and Type B represents "no phenol red".

Product Parameters

Storage and shelf life:

This kit contains M200 serum-free medium and F20 MSC supplement with different storage condition. These components are not sold separately:

• The M200 Serum-Free Medium is stable for 1 year at 2℃ to 8℃ if protected from light;
• The F20 MSC Supplement is stable for 1 year at -80℃ to -20℃ if protected from light;
• The complete medium (mixture of the two components) is stable for 2 weeks if stored at 2℃ to 8℃ in the dark
