Product Description:

Geneseed Biotech’s newly optimized circRNA standard series are preparing by   the circPrecise™ platform which has independent intellectual property. The circPrecise™ is based on an innovative upgrade of type I intron self-splicing (PIE) technology, utilizing RNA's own secondary structure to design an optimal circularization site without introducing exon sequences, and enables the precise preparation for No Scar. The preparation and translation efficiency were greatly improved by coupled transcription-circularization. The circRNA standard series can be used as a positive control for experimental exploration in translation expression validation, transfection delivery evaluation, process optimization, etc.

Circ-eGFP, a circRNA encoding enhanced green fluorescent protein gene (eGFP). After translation and expression, green fluorescence can be observed by fluorescence microscopy.

Circ-mCherry, a circRNA encoding the red fluorescent protein gene. After translation expression, red fluorescence can be observed by fluorescence microscopy.

Circ-Fluc, a circRNA encoding Firefly Luciferase gene. After translation and expression, firefly luciferase activity can be detected experimentally.
