CHO Host Cell DNA Residual Detection Kit is a kit for quantitative analysis and detection of CHO residual DNA content in intermediates, semi-finished products and finished products of various biological products.
This kit adopts the principle of probe method fluorescent quantitative PCR, which can specifically and rapidly detect the residual DNA of CHO cells, and its minimum detection limit can reach the fg level. This kit can be used in conjunction with our company's magnetic bead method residual DNA sample pretreatment kit (Cat#18461ES/18462ES).
